In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@effective.fitness. Our dedicated customer support team will assist you with the return process and ensure that the issue is resolved promptly.

 

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is also required.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine if it is defective. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Please note that refunds are only processed for defective products. In all other cases, we cannot offer refunds. We kindly request your understanding in this regard.
